Three Simple Questions

You’ve identified a habit that needs improving to promote your brain health. And you’re working on it. High five!

If you’ve been working on your habit for a month or so and think you’ve made some improvements, try taking the lifestyle assessment again to see if your score has improved.

Whether or not it’s improved, you can also evaluate your progress by reflecting on the changes you’ve made. Get out a pen and paper and answer these three simple questions:

  1. What went well?
  2. What didn’t go well?
  3. What did you learn?

Answering these questions can help you move forward into the next month even more ready and able to make habit changes. Good luck!
